About the Role

Women Plus is looking for a highly organized Marketplace Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and growth of our presence across leading online marketplaces.

The role will involve catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory, marketplace coordination and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Women Plus listings across marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion and other platforms.
• Create and update product listings, attributes, images, descriptions, pricing and inventory.
• Ensure catalogue accuracy and marketplace compliance.
• Coordinate new product launches and catalogue uploads.
• Monitor listing approvals, rejections and suppression issues.
• Manage price updates, discounts and promotional participation.
• Coordinate marketplace sale events and campaign requirements.
• Monitor inventory and size availability across marketplaces.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams for order and inventory-related issues.
• Track cancellations, returns, exchanges and operational performance.
• Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Account Managers and Category Managers.
• Track daily/weekly marketplace sales.
• Prepare SKU and marketplace-level performance reports.
• Identify bestselling and underperforming products.
• Monitor competition, pricing and assortment.

Skills We're Looking For

• Understanding of marketplace seller panels.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to catalogue details.
• Basic understanding of marketplace commercials and promotions.
• Ability to manage large SKU catalogues.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

1–3 years of experience managing marketplaces for a fashion, apparel, lifestyle or e-commerce company.

Hands-on experience with Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion or similar marketplaces will be strongly preferred.
