At Women Plus, its our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Women Plus website Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.


At Women Plus, we have 15 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

  • Product is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply)
  • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  • The product should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Minor damages like mirrors, stones, or tassels being pulled off etc. might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.
  • There might be a minor (10%-12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for exchange on this ground.
  • International Orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
  • Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

To return a product to Women Plus, please drop us an email on and we will process your request. Kindly share Order ID, Product name and Product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

In case of failure of product pick-up, we make three attempts to pick up the product, if the product is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed.

After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

If you wish to send the product back to us yourself, the cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense and will be non-refundable. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Women Plus will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if and only if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (other than the one that has been ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.


We hope you get correct fits & love our products always, and never need to come to this page.

We also provide a margin of 2-3 inches in every outfit.

But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our Size Exchange policy:

  • Only size exchanges are allowed.
  • The product returned would be exchanged with the same product of different size (subject to the availability in stock).
  • International Orders are not eligible for size exchanges.
  • Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for size exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
  • A minimal fee of INR 100 per product will be charged for the exchange.
  • In case of self-return, the exchange fee will be waived.
  • In case of self-return, shipping costs will be at the customers’ expense and is non-refundable.
  • The approximate period for exchange is 10-15 days, including the transit period, quality check and dispatch time.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

    Note : We would not be providing return and exchange for Customised Size Orders.


    Once return request has been placed with our Customer Support Team, it usually takes 2-4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

    * For Prepaid Orders above INR 5,999, a full refund will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made when placing the order.

    **For COD orders, refund against return will be given as store credits equalling the amount of the product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.

    The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse shipping charges as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you and will not be refunded.


    If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM (IST).

    Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

    Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Women Plus and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

    Please Note:

    For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

    Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
