Alteration of size of top and neck length of purchased material

I have ordered two 10xl size Murtha set. Though the material of the cloth is good, the neck fitting is too tight and the measurements on the sides need to be more loose. I would like to return the churidars in exchange of better fitting. I have paid Rs 8000 and have to find a place to alter the stitching.
